High-Assurance Data at Rest Encryptors (DARE)

DarkStor secures network data storage and supports data rates up to 100 Gbps with ultra-low latency. Secturion’s DAREs are agnostic to operating systems, software, databases, network configurations (RAID, NAS, SAN, Cloud, etc.), Media storage devices (HD, SSD, NVMe, etc.) and emerging technologies. Secturion’s appliances are hardware based, which means faster throughput, lower latency and greatly improved security.
DarkStor-10G Tactical DARE
The DarkStor-10 Gbps Tactical DARE is a high-assurance network file and block storage encryptor that is agnostic to service providers, operating systems, storage controllers, and storage media devices. It has a small form factor chassis design and low power draw making it ideal for mobile platforms.
The Need for Data-at-Rest Protection
Commercial providers report nearly all their data in transit is encrypted while only 9.4% of data at rest is encrypted[1]. This practice leaves data at rest vulnerable to costly, malicious attacks. Today's warfighter requires a modern, versatile data-at-rest encryptor that overcomes the challenges and complexities of evolving protocol, storage controllers, interface standards, operating system differences, emerging storage technologies, varying data storage architecture, CONOPs, etc. DarkStor addresses these urgent issues.
